Returns & Exchanges


How do I make a return?
If you are dissatisfied with the item(s), return it within 3 days of receiving your order.
– Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags.
– In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings, lingerie, sleepwear and other personal undergarments.
– A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns
– Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost
– Only a wide range of damage or dirt, shedding ornament and skewing of the pattern affect the abnormal situation of wearing can be returned
– Sales and discounted items are not applicable for return
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you a message (whatsapp / FB / IG) to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Our exchange policy is only applicable to defective or wrong item(s) received in your online order and has to be made within 3 days from receiving your order.
– Contact our customer service to submit a return request within 3 days of receiving
– Make a new order
Please note that an exchange is only allowed once per order for the same item and it is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of giving you a refund via the original payment method.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact our customer service (FB / IG) for the delivery address.
All risks in shipping the item(s) to us shall be borne by you. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is being returned to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanging items.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
